Our initial scope of work was to perform a boundary and topographic survey for the project site, which include right of way resolution for the surrounding streets and internal alleys. In addition, Morton & Pitalo provided design topographic surveys, location of potholes, cross-sections of the adjoining streets at 25 foot stations along the entire perimeter of the project, totaling over 5000 lineal feet.
Our engineering support services included design of the off-site underground utilities, review of Drainage and Sewer Studies and coordination with the City of Sacramento Utilities Department.
Our scope of work was increased to perform subdivision mapping for the creation of the legal parcels, preparation of Plats and Legal Descriptions for the creation of new easements and easement vacation and the preparation of a thirty one sheet ALTA Survey needed for finance and title insurance purposes.
