Gregory J. Bardini, P.E., President/CEO

Mr. Bardini has more than 31 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. He has designed and managed numerous public and private sector land development projects that have included numerous master plan communities and specific plans.  He has been responsible for the land use entitlement, design, construction, and supervision of large specific plans comprising of several thousand acres, master plans, as well as residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Edwin K. Yu, P.E., LEED AP,
Vice President

Mr. Yu is a Vice President of the firm.  He has more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering design and management of land development projects in the Greater Sacramento Region. He has been with Morton & Pitalo, Inc. for 20 years.  Mr. Yu’s expertise includes managing various types of projects, including industrial, commercial, office, solar, residential, multi-family residential, and mixed-use developments. He has also worked on several successful Design-Build projects for the State of California, NAVFAC, SMUD, and UCD Medical Center. Technical expertise includes roadway geometric design, site grading, storm water management, sanitary sewer, and water / fire protection distribution system design. He is a LEED Accredited Professional who has strong sustainable design experience.

Keith A. Jolly, P.E.
Principal

Mr. Jolly has more than 37 years of construction experience, mostly in Heavy Civil.  He has managed projects throughout both California and Nevada, ranging from Chico to Bakersfield, from Carson City to Walnut Creek.  His Heavy Civil construction experience includes managing projects from as small as $50k to as large as $250M and include both private development as well as Public Works projects.  Mr. Jolly has experience working with Cities, Counties, Department of Transportation and many other Agencies throughout California and parts of Nevada.  Some of the types of projects Mr. Jolly has been involved with include:  Master planned developments in Madera County, Natomas, Davis, West Sacramento, and Vacaville; Industrial park and Commercial developments in Vacaville, Davis, West Sacramento, Sacramento, and Elk Grove; Roads and Street projects in Yuba, Yolo, Solano, Sacramento, Fresno and Kern Counties; Caltrans projects in Districts 3, 4, 6 and 10.

Scott Pedersen, P.E.
Principal

Mr. Pedersen has over 29 years of construction and engineering experience ranging from design and construction management for environmental remediation projects to land development management and design engineering.  His design experience includes backbone roadway infrastructure improvements and geometric layout, preparation of site grading and utility plans from tentative map through construction documents and encompasses a variety of projects from commercial retail to single-family residential. Mr. Pedersen has managed multiple single-family residential subdivision developments in the Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, West Sacramento, and Fresno areas and has been involved in several high-profile projects including The Fountains (Roseville), Palladio (Folsom), Federal Express Ground Distribution Facility (Roseville) and the HP Campus Oaks Master Plan (Roseville).
